Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it be before our Wedding film is ready
Most Wedding film productions are ready within 5 to 8 weeks (but may take a little longer during busy periods). This will include everything you need including a fully edited footage, a personalised USB stick and video media links where you can share your special day with family and friends. Raw footage may also be optionally purchased that will contain all video content captured on the day.
How long will you stay for my Wedding day
Either one or two cinematographers will usually stay with you for the entire day. This includes everything from bride and groom prep right up until 20 minutes after your first dance. We can usually accommodate any special requests, so please don't hesitate to discuss this with a member of our team by geting in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
What is the difference between Videography and Cinematography
Lighting, camera angles, narrative storytelling and creative post-production editing are the distinguishing features of Cinematography. We specialise in producing bespoke luxury Wedding films that may have a cinematic feel. After your wedding, the footage will be edited together where scenes will be flawlessly stitched together, synced to a music track and mixed with some of the audio captured throughout the day to tell a story that will captivate and engage your audience. Cinematography is much like a movie trailer.
Will I lose my deposit if I cancel
Our policies are transparent and up-front. We take a small deposit at the time of booking to secure the date of your wedding, and yes I'm afraid you will lose your deposit if you cancel your booking with us. However, if you choose to move your wedding to a different date or venue then we can usually accommodate your request at no extra cost.
Do you charge for travelling costs
We do not charge any extra for travel within a 40 mile radius of Sheffield S20. Mileage is charged at 40p per mile thereafter.
Do you accept credit card payments
Yes we accept most types of payment including credit and debit cards, cash or bank transfer.
